He is survived by: his wife Elvira; his children, Floyd Phillips (Lynn), Loretta Drewry (David), Robert Phillips (Theresa), Brenda Tracey, John Phillips and Alan Catlin; and his sisters, Donna Harrington and Shirley Butenschoen. He is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren.
