He is survived by: his wife Donna Herbst; his children, Todd (Midge), Long, Trent (Lynette) and Tippra Sonnleitner (Kurt); and his grandchildren, Trace Sonnleitner of Appleton, Meghan Herbst (Brandon Van Handel), Derick Herbst (Brooke Kemnitz), Breanna Herbst and Elyssa Herbst.
