He was predeceased by: his parents, Oliver Skinner and Helen Skinner (Rickaby); his daughter Christa Jean Skinner (Fulwiler); his brother Richard Skinner; and his brothers-in-law, David Schaeffer and Robert Martens (Ann).
He is survived by: his wife Pat Skinner; his son Jason Skinner; his stepchildren, Timothy Glasheen, Ken Glasheen (Sarah), Connie Hogan (Devin) and Lynn Will; his grandchildren, C. J. Boshers (Kelly), Sierra Shadduck (Nate), Emily, Matthew Glasheen, Alex, Lexi, Kennidy Glasheen, Sean, Kylie Hogan and Misty Will; his great grandchildren, Ava and Eli Boshers; his siblings, Tom Skinner (Sandy), Carol Frahm (Dennis), Heather Skinner and Joan Skinner; and his sisters-in-law, Deb Skinner and Debbie Baier (Allan). He is also survived by his parents and grandparents.
