Probst (Kimberly, Wisconsin), born in Appleton, Wisconsin, who passed away on August 24, 2018, at the age of 95, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, John Baum and Katherine Baum (Gengler); her husband Herk; and her siblings, Margaret Vanderloop (Tony), George Baum (Mars), John "Peter" Baum, Vincent Baum (Beulah), Raymond Baum (Georgiana), John Probst, Emma Probst (Kurey), Jeanetta Steffens (Fred), Leonard Probst, Archie Probst (Margaret), Eugene Probst (Virginia) and Beatrice Probst.
She is survived by: her children, Kathleen Mitchell (Daniel) of Clintonville, Gerard Probst (Jan) of Appleton and Diane Jones (Paul) of Holland; her grandchildren, Donald Mitchell, Andrew Mitchell, Michelle Gossen (Shawn), Carie Fischer (Jim), Candace Pavlik (Randy), Cathy Rosenow (Jeremy Lind), Zachary Jones (Heather), Rebecca Callan (Daryl) and Victoria Jones (Evan Birnholz); her great grandchildren, Abbey, Avery, Aidan, Anna-Marie, Gavin, Josie, Hailey, Loralei and Aurora; and her sister-in-law Patricia Baum.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund is being established.
