It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Paul F. Smits (Kimberly, Wisconsin), who passed away on March 30, 2019, at the age of 96, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Jr. Smits and Laura Smits; his siblings, James and Adelle; and his siblings-in-law, Harold Reetz, Donald Frank, Joan Smits and Gertrude Reetz.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine Smits; his children, David Smits (Jayne) and Debra Schroeder (Earl); his grandchildren, Neil Smits (Kristy), Todd Smits (Sarah), Kevin Smits (Marissa), Laura Schroeder, Lisa Krause (Ken) and Eric Schroeder; his great grandchildren, Trevor, Becca, Brooklyn, Karma, Nolan, Carson, Porter, Reid, Claire and Abram; and his sister-in-law Shirley Frank.
