She was predeceased by: her grandmother Loraine Knaack. She is survived by: her mother Penny Bartman (Knaack); her daughter Amber Tully; her granddaughter Olivia; her father Fred Sr. Bartman; her siblings, Carie Gibbs (Dave) and Fred Bartman (Michelle); her nieces and nephews, Jackson, Payton, Teagan and Molly; and her close friend Pete Remmel. She is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, other family members and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 pandemic, a private family service will be held.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial is being established in Kristine's name to help other people battling Epilepsy.
