She is survived by: her husband Daniel Van Berkel; her children, Kevin Van Berkel (Tasha) and Jesse Van Berkel (LacyeJo); her grandchildren, Marlow Van Berkel (Iris), Karlee Nennig (Wiatte), Kirrah Althaus and Charlotte Van Berkel; her sisters, Mary Peters (Rick), Katie Maynard (Mark) and Kathy Van Toll; her siblings-in-law, James Van Berkel (Krista), Nancy Moser (Ralph) and Jerry Van Berkel; her godchildren, Judy Beach, Mackenzi Opsteen, Ben Peters, Amy Moser, Andy Long and Stephanie Garvey; and her close friends, Darlene Peters and Lisa Sutta. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
