Joyce E. Carey Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joyce E. Carey of Kimberly, Wisconsin, who passed away on July 30, 2020 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, George Henschel and Erna Henschel (Rades); her husbands, James C. McConnell and Earl E. Carey; her sisters, Delores Bonikowske and Karen Henschel; and her brothers-in-law, Tom VanderHyden and Melvin Bonikowske.
She is survived by: her children, Tim McConnell (Pat) of Appleton, Michelle Miller (Duane) of Appleton and Dawn Coenen (Daniel) of Darboy; her grandchildren, Rachel Burton (Christifer), Nathan McConnell, Shane Miller (Bethany Mai) and Leah Miller (Marcus Speaks); and her sisters, Gloria VanderHyden and Georgie Becker (Merlin). She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family is establishing a memorial fund for St. Jude Children's Research Hospital in Joyce's name.
