She is survived by: her spouse Robert Polakowski; her child Lena; her husband Bob Polakowski of Kimberly; her children, John Polakowski (Cary) of Neenah, Tom Polakowski (Becky) of Fond, Lac, Jim Polakowski (Marta) of Rockton, Nancy Kobussen (Jerry) of Appleton and Joan Wettstein (Mike) of Kimberly; her brother John Hakkert (MaryAnn) of Appleton; and her brother-in-law Bill Polakowski of Greenville.
