It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Gerald Kempen of Kimberly, Wisconsin, who passed away on March 7, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Kempen and Marie Kempen (Coenen); his stepmother Mary; his siblings, Marion, Marvin (Lucille), Bonnie (Ann), Paul, Dick and Lorna Van Handel (Bill); and his siblings-in-law, Roger Brucker, Dave Wiegert and Frances Kempen.
He is survived by: his wife Geri Nienhaus; his grandchildren, Jeff Chandonais (Beth Soderberg), Beth Chandonais, Luke Chandonais, Laura Kenney (Austin Nelson) and Alysa Kenney (Nick Jarolimek); his great grandchildren, Brock, Grant, Trent Chandonais, Grace, Nelson and Ava Jarolimek; his siblings, Harold (Whitey), Lavern Wiegert, Arlene Brueker and Janice Nettekoven (Erv); and his siblings-in-law, Sue (Paul Datta) and Harold Nienhaus (Whitey). He is also survived by his wife's family, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
