He was predeceased by: his parents, Harriet Moritz and Manfred Moritz. He is survived by: his daughters, Rebecca and Lindsey; his granddaughter Odette; his son-in-law Jesse; his granddaughter Etta; his brother Lee; his sister-in-law Mari; his sister Lynn; and his brother-in-law Mike. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
