He is survived by: his parents, Michael Dollevoet and Ruth Dollevoet; his brothers, Todd Dollevoet (Jenny) and Darin Dollevoet; his uncle Jerry Zillges (Joan); and his nieces and nephews, Brittany Cropsey (Sam), Tyler, Kelsie, Michael, Hunter Dollevoet and Nora. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
