She was predeceased by: her parents, Gilbert Eubank and Charlsie Eubank; her siblings, Ben (Owassa), Carrol (Wilma), Clyde (Leta), Raymond (Anita) and Beth (Lenard); and her siblings-in-law, Don Locy (Floss), Dewain Locy (Pat), David Locy (Ruth), John Locy (Yvonne), Dorothy Bissing (Harold) and Delores Driessen (Gene).
She is survived by: her husband James C. Locy; her sons, Jim (Lora) and Larry (Linda); her stepchildren, Jeff (Dianne), Chuck (Anna) and Ann (Bob); her grandchildren, Lawrence (Katie), Lauren, Lacy (Jason), Madison, Colton, Lane of Joey, CJ, Kaylee, Derrick and Alex; her sister Shirley Wright (Butch); and her siblings-in-law, Mary Gloudemans (late Roger), Alice Weyers (late Bob), Mary Ellen Locy (late Gerald) and Tom Locy (Deb). She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
