He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Richard Nelson, Shirley Verbrigghe (Nelson), Raymond and Lois Shea. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Shea and Carolyn Shea (Nelson); his siblings, Andy Shea and Kaitlin Shea; his pet Sophie; his aunts and uncles, Donna Roesler (Craig), Tom Shea (Sue), Bud Shea (Jenny), Peggy Strange (Bill), Greg Nelson (Nancy), Lisa Nelson-Beard (Tom) and Mary Nelson; his cousins, Dave Roesler (Zoe), Laura Hofsteen (Peter), Heather McManis (Gregory), Sam Shea, Molly Shea, Charlie Strange, Anna Strange, Maddy Strange, Colin Paape and Megan Nelson; and also Leo Verbrigghe.
Any memorials will be donated to Dewey Treatment Center Alumni House Scholarship Fund which provides assistance to recovering addicts.
