She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin Kunkel and Mildred Kunkel (Lenstra); her son John Kane; her grandson Ben Brant; her son-in-law Joe Brant; her siblings, Martin "Buster" Kunkel, Earl Kunkel, Jolene "Cookie" Busch (Bill) and JoAnne Kruser; her brother-in-law Harold Schuster; and her grandson-in-law Eric Petersen-Brant.
She is survived by: her husband George Schuster; her children, Debbie Brant of Cuba City, WI, Mike Kane (Karen) of Hazel Green, WI, Martina Mergen of Platteville, WI, Mary Hingtgen (Rich) of Kieler, WI, Todd Kane (Jayne) of Stoughton, WI, Lisa Ibarra (Ed) of Platteville, WI, Sandy Sampson (Ron) of Cuba City, WI and Terry Schuster (Rhonda) of Monroe, WI; her siblings, Patsy Tigges (Bob), Judy Takes (Don), Randy Kunkel (Kim) and Eddie Kunkel; and her siblings-in-law, Harry Kruser, Jean Kunkel and Ila Schuster. She is also survived by 17 grandchildren; 21 great-grandchildren.
In lieu of plants & flowers, a Marlene D. Schuster Memorial Fund has been established.
