We are sad to announce that on April 24, 2021, at the age of 92, Leland H. Runde of Kieler, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Clarence Runde and Orpha Runde (Gunderman); his wife Sara "Sally" Kerkenbush (Church); his grandfather Buck; his children, Sharon Avery (Brad) of Topeka, KS, Peggy Weston (Jon) of Philadelphia, PA, Deb Holt (Bryant) of Franklin, VA, Chuck Runde (Sharon) of Kieler, WI, Barb Runde (Cameron Tschannen) of Lindstrom, MN, Sam Runde (Kim) of Kieler, WI and Andy Runde (Sue) of Shorewood, IL; his brother Gus Runde (Shirley) of Kieler, WI; his sisters-in-law, Ruth Kieler and Tina Runde; his grandchildren, Wyatt (Christina), Lara, Dylan Avery, Jason (Shante), Aaron (Charrity), Brian Weston (Alyson), Bud, Will Holt (Meredith), Burt (Lesley), Audra Runde (Nick), Joe (Bri), Nick (Melissa), Jessica, Jamie Runde and Maggie Runde; and his siblings, Arlene Burlage (Bud), Betty Pratt (Kenny), Rita Hinderman (Vince) and Bud Runde. He was also cherished by eighteen great-grandchildren.
The family requests you utilize masks during the duration of your visit at the funeral home, parish center and in the church and that you practice social distancing.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made in Buck's name to either the Jamestown Volunteer Fire Department, Kieler, WI or the Alzheimer's Association (alz.org).
