He was predeceased by: his parents, Victor Daskam and Veronica Daskam (Roden); his son Paul; his sisters, Joyce Schmirler (Richard) and Frances Esslinger (Stanley); and his brother-in-law Don Christensen (Marilyn).
He is survived by: his wife Marlene "Chris" Christensen; his son Steve Daskam (Ana) of Waterloo, WI; and his stepgrandchildren, Aprilia and Nimas. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
