He was predeceased by: his father George Mentink; his parents-in-law, Clarence and Bernice Huibregtse; and his brothers-in-law, Rodney Huibregtse, Roland Dulmes, Barry Huibregtse (Judy) and John Dortman.
He is survived by: his mother Jean Mentink (DeMaster); his wife Janice Huibregtse; his siblings, Dianne VerGowe (James) of Sheboygan Falls, Donna Dortman of Sheboygan, Janice Heinen (Richard) of Oostburg, Vicki Mentink of Sheboygan, Wendell Mentink (Joan) of Oostburg and Philip Mentink (Faye) of Oostburg; and his sisters-in-law, Beverly Hilbelink (Wayne) of Delavan and Lynn Brasser (Wayne) of Hingham. He is also survived by 20 nieces and nephews, and numerous great-nieces and great-nephews.
