He was predeceased by: his father Gale Orth; his parents-in-law, Fred and Patricia Sand; his godson Kevin Foate; his brother-in-law Richard Heth; his aunt Janet Stecker; and his uncle Vernon Hartman.
He is survived by: his wife Vicki (Sand); his children, Heather Nett (Jason) and Luke Orth (Rebecca); his grandchildren, Chloe of Kiel, Kelsey of Kiel, Bella Nett of Kiel, Dane of Kiel and Stassi Orth of Kiel; his siblings, Paul Orth (Jeanette), Peggy Nothem (Steve), Mary Foate (Steve) and Sue Schneider (Victor); his sisters-in-law, Cindy Freund (Roger), Kathy Heth and Pam Grundman (Richard); his godson Jeremy Werdeo; his aunts, Mary Ann DeChant and Kathryn "Kitty" Bunge (David); his uncle Charles Orth; and his pet Willow. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, relatives, friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Tom's name.
