With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Scott Alan Van De Kreeke of Kiel, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 20, 2022 at the age of 57. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Leroy De. He is survived by: his daughter Hannah (Ethan); and his sisters, JoNell Toerpe (John) and Robin Markworth (David). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.

Memorial donations can be made in Scott's name to Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
