We are sad to announce that on February 24, 2021, at the age of 75, Sandra Silvis of Kiel, Wisconsin, born in Two Rivers, Wisconsin passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reuben Hawkins and Elizabeth Hawkins (Fanslau); her brother Richard "Dick" Hawkins; and her husband James Silvis. She is survived by: her children, Patricia Van De (Brian), William Rath of Rockford, IL and Charity Silvis of Sioux City, IA. She is also survived by three half-brothers, two half-sisters, two step-sisters, nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
