He was predeceased by: his parents, William Hoerth and Loretta Hoerth (Schneider); his brothers, Marvin Hoerth (Kathy) and Gene Hoerth; and his brother-in-law Roger Schneider.

He is survived by: his wife Janet Olin of Milwaukee, Wisconsin.; his son Todd Hoerth (Melody DeRuyter) of Sheboygan Falls; his grandchildren, Casey Hoerth and Jessica Hahn (Isaac); his son Scot Hoerth (Carey) of Manitowoc; his grandchild Cameron Hoerth; his great grandchild Chad Hoerth (Jamie Vanne) of Manitowoc; his sister Marlene Schneider of Kiel; his sister-in-law Mary Hoerth (Henry) of Lake Geneva; and also, Brandon, Justin, Zachary and Janet Radandt of Manitowoc. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; other relatives; and numerous friends.
