He is survived by: his wife Diane McCarthy; his daughters, Natalie Nett (Doug Witas), Stefanie Nett (Drew Miller) and Valerie Nett; his sister Carole Wedge (Jim); his sister-in-law Sarah (Roger); his aunt Alyce Lulloff; and his friend Steve Prissel. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
