He is survived by: his former wife Diana Metoxen; his grandson Kyle; his great grandchild Mason; his wife Jeannine Schroeder; his daughters, Loucinda Conway (Terry Van Stee), Cindi Kraft (Jeff Hanson) and Sandy Entrekin (John Isaacson); his sisters, Thelma Dunnum and Ramona Schroeder; his siblings-in-law, Jerry Adelmeyer (Sharon), Kenny Adelmeyer (Kathy), Jim Adelmeyer, Mel Gindt (Sandy), Judy Zimmermann and Nancy Lecher (Dennis); and his grandchildren, Danielle Baig (Saquib), Kristie Conway, Megan Conway (Cody Guyette), Ryan Kraft, Gregory Kraft, Joshua Entrekin, Jenni Entrekin, Jamie Makosky (Zack) and Andrew Isaacson. He is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren, many nieces, nephews, cousins and extended family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Parkinson's Foundation.
