She was predeceased by: her parents, Florian Christensen and Violet Christensen (Luther); her husband William "Bill" Daskam (Reform Church); her son Paul; her brother Don Christensen (Marilyn); and her sisters-in-law, Joy Schmirler (Richard) and Frances Esslinger (Stanley).

She is survived by: her son Steve; her daughter-in-law Ana Daskam; and her stepgrandchildren, Aprilia and Nimas. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
