He is survived by: his wife Kay Ann "Kasey"; his children, Jennifer Holz (Jeff) and Erik Beitzel (Kimberly); his grandchildren, Ryan, Blake, Ellie Holz, Isaak, Monroe and Willow Beitzel; his siblings, Michael Beitzel (Gary Kussard) and Ann Beitzel; his brother-in-law David Voigt (Dana); his nieces, Brianna (Nate), Brittany (Brandin) and Haley (Ryan); and his pets, Cooper, Buddy and Lola. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial has been established in his name.
