Marilyn Nielsen Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Marilyn Nielsen of Kiel, Wisconsin, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on November 4, 2024 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Deering and Emma Deering (Sell); her husband John Nielsen; and her daughter Abby Coster. She is survived by: her children, John Jr. Nielsen (Kim) and Julie Mattingly (Bob); her grandchildren, Matthew Nielsen, Brian Nielsen (Julia), Zachary Coster (Mya), Emily Ernsperger, Thomas Coster (Savanah), Katherine Coster, Grace Coster, Liesl Coster and Maxwell Mattingly; her great grandchildren, Annily, Elijah, Alexander, Isla and Kairi; her son-in-law Dan Coster; and her sister-in-law Sandra Deering.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM at the Zion Evangelical Lutheran Church (19214 Co Rd XX, Kiel, WI 53042). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 12th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established to be used for Zion Lutheran Church and Kiel VFW Post 6707.
