She was predeceased by: her grandfather Ken Kerber, Jr.. She is survived by: her parents, Majarka Ford-Ziegelbauer and Adam Kerber (Shannon); her boyfriend Hunter LeGreve; her brother Kegan; her grandparents, Mark Ziegelbauer, Jana Ford-Ziegelbauer and Linda Kerber; her aunts and uncles, Matthew (Alexa), Cody, Mikki, Noah Ford-Ziegelbauer and Kenny Kerber; her cousins, Hailee, Bella, Sophie, Emmett, Nolan and Mya; her half-sister Madelaine Radtke; and also Jody LeGreve. She is also survived by many great aunts, great uncles, other relatives and many special friends.

A Memorial Fund will be established in Madison's name.
