She was predeceased by: her parents, Truman Rabe and Luella Rabe (Maurer); her brother Rodney Rabe; and her nephew Jeffery Scott Rabe (Jerome Just). She is survived by: her husband Michael Keltesch; her sisters, Dianne Kaczmarski (Ted) and Julie Kleinhans (Tim); her siblings-in-law, Lillie Rabe and Le Roy Schmitz; and her aunt Janelle Wagner (Janet). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund has been established in Kathy's name.
