She was predeceased by: her parents, Les Schmitz and Ruth Schmitz (Schmitz); her husband Allan Truttschel; and her sisters, Pat Wirtz (Dennis) and Marlene Andrew (Ron).
She is survived by: her children, Amy Prange (Shaun) and Eric Truttschel (Jen Law); her grandchildren, Lila Rae, Kerigan Jo Prange, Bryce Allan and Dylan Daniel Truttschel; her brothers, Ken Schmitz (Barb) and Jim Schmitz (Phyllis); and her siblings-in-law, Sandy Truttschel, Jerry Truttschel (Carol), Mary Ann Ramaker and Alyce Mae Beeck. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
In lieu of flowers a memorial has been established in her name.
