He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Meyer and Margaret Meyer (Wagner); his son James; his parents-in-law, Edwin Steffes and Catherine Steffes; his sister Agnes Mayer; and his brothers-in-law, Richard Mayer and Alfred Steffes.
He is survived by: his wife Mary Agnes; his children, Olivia Janovy Meyer, Hans Janovy Meyer and Linda Meyer Lambert (Bart Lambert) of Olean, NY; his grandchildren, Michael Lambert and Jade Lambert; his daughter Barbara Scheiber (James) of Howards Grove, WI; his grandchildren, Sarah Scheiber (Lucas Oxtoby), Rebecca Scheiber and Jack Scheiber; his son Joseph Meyer (Deanna) of Germantown, WI; his grandsons, Ethan Meyer and Owen Meyer; his daughter Lisa Crist (Brian) of Shawnee, KS; his grandchildren, Nicole Crist and Carter Crist; his son Daniel Meyer (Becky) of Kiel, WI; his grandchildren, Ashley Meyer (Logan Paschke), Brittany Kohlmann (Jayson), Melissa Meyer (Shae Ruelle) and Andie Meyer; his great grandchild Grayson Kohlmann; his siblings, Mary Ann Menne (Gerald), Charles Meyer (Pauline) and Lucy Ann Meyer; and his siblings-in-law, Leo Steffes (Agnes), Eugene Steffes and Karen Steffes. He is also survived by six children, fifteen grandchildren, and one great-grandchild.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in Joe's name.
