He was predeceased by: his parents, Edwin J. Meyer and Elizabeth C. Ardts Meyer; and his brothers, Leroy Meyer (Ruthie) and Ralph Meyer. He is survived by: his wife Esmelinda D. Meyer; his sons, Joseph J. Meyer and Randall J. (Fen); and his siblings-in-law, Mercy C. Dagsaan, Artemio C. Dagsaan, Wilfredo C. Dagsaan (Nida) and Edwin C. Dagsaan (Rose). He is also survived by many friends and relatives.
