It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Gene Anderson of Kiel, Wisconsin, born in Milbank, South Dakota, who passed away at the age of 89, on June 22, 2020. He was predeceased by: his parents, George Anderson and Josephine Anderson (Scholtes); his wife Marlene Schubert; his siblings, John Joseph, Robert Anderson, Dorothy Van Asch (Bon) and Margaret Fortin (Donny); his stepson Jeff Henschel; and his siblings-in-law, Myron Schubert and Margie Schubert.

He is survived by: his daughter Sharon Curry (Michael); his grandsons, Michael Curry (Monique) and Carson Curry (Laura); his daughter Cindy Rolbiecki (Jack); his grandchildren, Shannon Rolbiecki (Bryant Mason) and Justin Rolbiecki (Chelsey Bills); his sons, Rick Anderson (Gary Waters) of Santa Fe, NM and Steven Anderson (Steven Viera); his stepson Jerrod Henschel (Toni); his stepgranddaughter Sofia Henschel; his great grandchildren, August, Adler, Isla Curry, Hazel and Sebastian Rolbiecki-Mason; and his sisters-in-law, Berneda Wittek (Willy), Derold Schubert (Yvonne), Marlow Schubert, Arlis Henschel (Bernie) and Lucinda Schubert. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, relatives, and friends.

Due to COVID-19 Travel Restrictions for the Family and Friends, the Memorial Service & Visitation has been placed on hold.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial will be established in his name.
