She was predeceased by: her parents, Julius Peichl and Margaret Peichl (Hafemann); her husband Lester Voigt; her brother Arthur Peichl; her nephew John Peichl; and her brother-in-law Leo Mulder.
She is survived by: her sons, Robert (Jane) of Kiel, Charles (Polly) of Chilton and Jack (Terri) of Green Oaks, IL; her grandchildren, Carolyn Esswein (Brian), Jacqueline Dieball (Ernie), Stacey Lisowe, Michael Voigt (Hope), Holly Colin (Jorge), Jacob Voigt (Bianca), Shane Voigt and Sarah Hall (Edward); her great grandchildren, Taylor, Parker Esswein, Dean Dieball, Caleb Lisowe, Amelia, Victoria, Adela Voigt, Elsie, Emelyn, Eviana, Elicia Colin and Arlo Hall; her sister Marie Mulder; and her sister-in-law Helen Peichl. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
In lieu of flowers memorials have been established in Elsie's name for St. Peter's United Church of Christ – Women's Guild and Sharon S. Richardson Community Hospice.
