He was predeceased by: his parents, Leland Fulcer and Arlene Fulcer (Lammi); and his in-laws, LeRoy and Delores Schweitzer. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Schweitzer; his children, Ryan Fulcer (Sarah) of Neenah and Tiffany Treis (Billy) of Thiensville; his grandchildren, Maggie Treis, Joseph Daniel Treis (JD) and Maeve Fulcer; his siblings, Michael Fulcer, Brenda Armstrong (Bob) and Lorrie Doney (Bob); and his siblings-in-law, Steve Schweitzer (Paula), Randy Schweitzer (Vicki), Connie Kilb (Clint), LeRoy Schweitzer (Sue), Pam Liebl (Jack), Annette Ubbelohde (Jim) and Michelle Matzdorf (Brian). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be established in his name.
