He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph Fischer and Agnes Fischer; his daughter Whitney Cummings; and his sister Joanne Adams. He is survived by: his wife Janet Kowalski of Peter's Church; his children, Wayne Jr. Fischer (Heather) of Golden, CO, Wendy Stevens (Jack Porter) of Elmhurst, IL, Wess Fischer (Patty) of Des Plaines, IL and Robert Fischer (Ann) of Chicago, IL; his grandchildren, Amanda, Madison, Morgan, Wyatt, Mark, Haley, Quinton, Allison and Aaron; his great grandchild Jackson; and his sister Susan Ellison (Jamie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A prayer was held on Friday, December 27th 2024 from 8:00 PM to 8:30 PM at the Kinnard Funeral & Cremation Services - Kewaunee (1425 Ellis St, Kewaunee, WI 54216). A Mass was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (521 Juneau St, Kewaunee, WI 54216).
