She was predeceased by: her parents, Marion Stangel and Harvey Stangel; and her sister Janet Stangel. She is survived by: her husband Jeff; her children, Brian Dworak (Laurie), Tim Dworak (Katie), Sara Gregorich (Eugene) and Rachel Dilling (Joe); her grandchild Charlie; her children, Addison, Elliot Dworak, Aiden, Austin Dworak, Eugene, Owen Gregorich, Cora, Grant and Lane Dilling; and her siblings, Jean Brown (Barry), Jim Stangel (Nan Peterson), Barb Blake, Karl Stangel, Robert Stangel, Helen Stangel, Ed Stangel, Martha Thompson, Jill Stangel (Mark Johnson), David Stangel and Carol McCarty (Mike).

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in her honor to the Build the Future Foundation or Kewaunee Health & Fitness, two organizations that Mary Jo was passionate about.
