He is survived by: his wife Patricia Rezach; his children, Phil Kokan of Hawkins, WI and Annette Kokan; his grandchildren, Melissa Alsteen (Nathan) of Rheinlander, WI and Troy Klug (Angelica); his siblings, Tony Kokan (Margie) of Dousman, WI, Caroline Budiac, Alice Schultz (Earl) and Linda Richardson; and his pets, Abby and Louie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
