She was predeceased by: her father Wenzel Fiala; her husband Walter Mleziva; and her siblings, Edward Fiala, Irene Blahnik and Evarista Nell.
She is survived by: her children, Lois Reeves of Green Bay, Dennis Mleziva (Mary) of Kewaunee, Doris Berger (Mike) of Luxemburg and Mary Mleziva of Kewaunee; her grandchildren, Kathy Marcusen (Mike), Brenda Frisque, Michael Mleziva (Dawn), Lee Berger and Keith Berger (Bridget); and her great grandchildren, Lindsey, Lydia Marcusen, Xavier, Chloe, Aspen, Oliver Mleziva, Charlie and James Berger.
