He was predeceased by: his father Joseph; his siblings, Jeanne, Patti and Tom; and his parents-in-law, Eugene and Shirley Wotachek.
He is survived by: his wife Wendy; his sons, Chad Kruse (Stacy), Kevin Kotyza and Dustin Kotyza; his grandsons, Caiden of Kewaunee and Connor Kruse of Kewaunee; his sisters, Jo Wacheter (Henry) and Kay Stoeger (Jeff-Jay); and his mother Julia Kotyza. He is also survived by six sisters-in-law and their spouses.
