She is survived by: her children, Michael J. Urban (Cheryl) and Michelle Blackbourn (Jeffrey); her grandchildren, Justin Urban (Kaylin), Austin Urban, Prestin Urban (Alexys Gaedtke), Jeremy Blackbourn (Sabina Redzic) and Brandon Blackbourn (Ella Graham); her sisters, Carol Cravillion and Theresa Ledvina (Kenny); and her siblings-in-law, Ron Schleis, Leonard Smidel, LaVerne Johnson, Richard Urban (Barb) of Cedar Rapids, IA, Bernard Cravillion and Wayne Johnson.
