He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Quistorff (Rita) and Rita Quistorff (Spachek); his brothers-in-law, John C. Pribek (Theresa) and Jerome P. Pribek; his father-in-law Joseph J. Pribek III (Joyce); and his pets, Queenie and Sophie.
He is survived by: his wife Janice F. Quistorff (Pribek); his siblings-in-law, Joseph J. Pribek IV (Linda) and Ann Pribek (Kay); and his uncles, Don Pribek (Dorothy) and Eugene Pribek (Delores). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, a memorial fund will be set up in Donald's name.
