He is survived by: his wife Carol; his sons, Shawn and Kevin (Stephanie); his grandchildren, Sam and Liyah; his siblings, Daryl (Janet), Gary (Dawn), Kay Held (Steve) and Vicky VanDyck (Jeff); and his sister-in-law Laverne Vandermause. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
