He was predeceased by: his parents, Lester Kapfenstein and Doris Kapfenstein. He is survived by: his wife Kathy Ann; his children, Andy and Kristina; and his siblings, Tom (Margie), Carol (Bryan) and Julie (late Bob). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
