He was predeceased by: his father Wallace Martin. He is survived by: his mother Marilyn Martin (Eichsteadt); his daughters, Erika Martin and Leah Martin; his former wife Kristie Martin; his brother Craig Martin (Kathy); his nephew Brandon Martin; and his niece Melanie Martin. He is also survived by other relatives and friends.
