He was predeceased by: his parents, Alois Herriges and Margaret Herriges; his siblings, Helen Ruplinger (Joseph), Raynor Herriges (Patricia) and Allen Herriges; his father-in-law Oscar Seefeldt (Hilda); and his brother-in-law Gene Bond.

He is survived by: his wife Bethana Seefeldt; his son Luke Herriges (Ashley) of Neenah; his granddaughters, Peyton and Quinn; his brother Leander Herriges (Mary) of Wayne; and his siblings-in-law, Carole Bond and Carlton Seefeldt (Sue). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

In lieu of flowers, memorials to Holy Trinity Catholic Church preferred.
