She is survived by: her daughters, Ellen Habeck and Laurie Struck; her granddaughters, Nicole Butschlick (Brian), Jennifer Werbelow (Jeramey), Amber Jones (Matt) and Meagan Struck; her great grandchildren, Hayley Butschlick, Addison Butschlick, Elyse Jones, Nova Smith and Jayce Hawley; and her sisters, Carol Burzynski (Leon), Dorothy Mason and Shirley Nagel. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
