He is survived by: his wife Barbara Bartelt; his children, Connie Coulter (James Korn), David O. Coulter, James Coulter, Todd Coulter and Trisha Maas (Aaron); his grandchildren, Mikayla and Ezekiel Maas; his stepgrandson Logan Maas; his sister Marion Schuster; and his siblings-in-law, Otto Bartelt (Beverly), Thomas Bartelt, Janice Breselow (Rodger), Debra Theisen (Donald) and Jean Robrahn (Robert). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
