He was predeceased by: his mother Alice Domenosky; his wife Marlene; his daughter-in-law Kara Domasky; his daughter Christine Gagnon; and his sister Barbara Wenzlaff.
He is survived by: his children, Scott Prost-Domasky (Janine), Mark Steinhardt (Mary), Cindy Schaefer (Mark), Bruce Steinhardt (Donna), Jeff Steinhardt (Cindy) and Mike Steinhardt; his siblings, Karen Staehler (John), Beverly Heise (Niles) and Bob Fickler; and his brother-in-law Bob Wenzlaff. He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 20 great grandchildren.
