It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Daniel Lauters Sr. of Kewaskum, Wisconsin, who passed away on May 31, 2020, at the age of 71, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Lauters and Margaret Lauters; his brother Ron Lauters; his parents-in-law, Gerald and Tona Zimmer; and his brothers-in-law, Clayton Weinreich, Carl Zimmer and Dale Brenon.

He is survived by: his wife Helen Zimmer; his children, Louie Lauters (Amy), Kate Limberg (Mike) and Dan Lauters Jr.; his grandsons, Eric, Justin and Nicolas Limberg; his siblings, Gladys Weinreich, Irene Gnacinski (Leroy) and Jim Lauters (Joann); and his siblings-in-law, Toots Bartoli (Dennis), Irene Brenon, Ray Zimmer (Bonney) and Tom Zimmer (Sue). He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.

Due to the current Covid-19 restrictions, a private family Mass of Christian Burial will follow.
